Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and digitally savvy individual to join the APAC Regional Digital & Social Commerce team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to be part of Haleon’s journey to accelerate digital and social commerce excellence across markets. The intern will support regional initiatives that drive online performance, consumer engagement, and digital capability building working closely with country teams, external partners, and cross functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual will work alongside the regional team to implement and advance ongoing digital commerce initiative.

• Data Foundation & Analytics Enablement: Support regional Digital Data Foundation initiative by coordinating with market teams, technology partners and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs and track implementation progress.
• Enterprise Digital Transformation Project: Support the implementation of regional digital transformation initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking workstream progress, and assisting with the rollout of new capabilities across content, commerce, data, and Martech.
• Content, Creator & Affiliate Ecosystem: Support regional initiatives to scale content, creator and affiliate capabilities, including content operations, agency ecosystem evaluation and management and affiliate performance tracking.
• PDP (Product Detail Page) Auditing & Optimization Solutions: Partner with external agencies to develop AI-enabled solutions that audit, monitor and optimize PDP content quality, with a focus on product imagery, content completeness, discoverability, and conversion performance.
• D com Projects & Monthly Performance Updates: Coordinate with market teams and agencies to track project milestones, consolidate regional performance updates, and support monthly D Com dashboards and global reporting.
• Innovation Research: Conduct research on emerging D com technologies, digital retail media, and AI applications in conversion optimization.

Learning outcomes:

Through this internship, the individual will gain hands on exposure to real world D com practices and tools, including:

• Understanding of digital commerce ecosystems across traditional, social, and emerging commerce channels.
• Exposure to regional transformation projects spanning data, analytics, content, commerce, and marketing technology.
• Experience evaluating and applying AI solutions for search, content, and commerce optimization.
• Hands-on experience with analytics, social listening, performance measurement, and business insights generation.
• Exposure to creator, affiliate, and digital media ecosystems.
• Practical experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strengthened analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Digitally fluent with a strong interest in digital commerce, social commerce, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Active user of digital commerce and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, YouTube) with a basic understanding of how online commerce, creators, and affiliate ecosystems operate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and draw actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with commercial awareness.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; experience working in matrix or cross-cultural teams is an advantage.
• Passionate about learning, problem solving, and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
