• 岗位职责：

  1、监督质量自检，制定检查计划，并培训相关人员有效开展检查。

  2、准备并定期进行生产区域的质量和 EHS 合规性审核及流程确认。

  3、对草案、风险评估和合规记录进行审查，确保文件详尽并符合标准。

  4、与生产相关文件(SOPs，批记录，相关验证文件等等)的维护和回顾，寻找差距和改进机会。

  5、应用精益生产工具，推动质量、成本、安全、自动化和数字化方面的持续改进。

  6、与Global相关团队的对接，如质量，安全，相关生产系统(SAP，PAS-X,etc.)等等。

  7、理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全（EHS）及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序（SOP）和要求。

  8、根据上级要求履行其他职责。

  任职资格：

  1、大学本科或以上学历，药学、工程或相关专业。

  2、2年以上制药行业、快消行业工作经验，具有管理合规相关项目的经验，熟悉生产和包装操作。

  3、精通 cGMP、SOP和相关监管法规，并具有执行 cFDA 和 GMP 法规的经验。

  4、较强的人际交往能力、有效沟通能力和影响他人的能力。

  5、熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 应用程序和PAS-X, SAP等等应用系统。

  6、具有项目管理技能和质量经验，包括验证草案、偏差报告和根本原因分析等等。

  7、优秀的英语会话能力（口头和书面）以及清晰的双语沟通能力。

  8、具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力。
