We are currently recruiting for anEmployee Lifecycle Solutions Specialist to join our People Solutions team. This Tier 2 role is focused on delivering accurate, timely and compliant support across key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements, offboarding, right to work, employee documentation, pre-payroll controls, complex case resolution and H2R process improvement. This position reports to People Solutions Operations Team Lead and is based in Bengaluru, India.

A day in the life

We’ll trust you to provide specialist support across the employee lifecycle and help make people processes clearer, simpler and more consistent for Employees, Managers and People Solutions team.

• You will manage Tier 2 Employee Lifecycle Solutions requests, resolving cases linked to employee onboarding, employee movements, employee offboarding and right to work processes.
• You will prepare, review and manage employee documentation, making sure outputs are accurate, compliant and aligned with local requirements and internal standards.
• You will perform pre-payroll checks and controls, identifying data issues early and working with Payroll, People Solutions and other teams to resolve discrepancies before payroll cut-off.
• You will investigate complex cases, identify root causes and coordinate with relevant teams to deliver sustainable resolutions within agreed service levels.
• You will contribute to H2R process improvement by identifying areas for enhancement, updating knowledge articles and supporting standardisation of processes across markets.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

We are looking for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in all the areas below is helpful, but potential and willingness to learn matter too.

• Experience in HR Operations, People Services, shared services or employee lifecycle administration, ideally in a multi-country environment.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, documentation standards, compliance requirements and payroll-impacting data controls.
• Confidence working with HR case management and HRIS tools such as ServiceNow and Workday.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage escalations and translate complex topics into clear guidance.
