Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to promote Haleon OTC and Wellness products to healthcare professionals across Hong Kong and Macau, aligned with brand priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive and optimise the Expert programme activation in Hong Kong, strengthening HCP engagement, expert recommendation, and commercial conversion.
  • Deliver high-quality scientific and commercial engagement with HCP customers through face-to-face, remote, digital, educational, and event-based channels.
  • Achieve agreed sales and performance indicators, including sell-in, sell-out, pricing, customer engagement quality, and month-end stock management.
  • Manage the Expert forecasting cycle, gross-to-net tracking, AP/AR coordination, incentive calculation, reporting, and related commercial administration.
  • Lead tender preparation, implementation, follow-up, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders, distributors, and institutional customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, HCP profiles, documentation, and operational controls required by local regulations and Haleon SOPs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Compliance, distributors, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of Expert initiatives.
  • Support exhibitions, symposiums, CME activities, and other HCP engagement platforms to accelerate campaign implementation and deliver business priorities.
  • Ensure all sales, promotional, tender, customer engagement, and distributor activities are executed in full compliance with applicable regulations, codes of practice, and Haleon governance requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong scientific understanding and the ability to communicate complex product, category, and clinical concepts clearly to healthcare professionals.
  • Solid understanding of the Hong Kong and Macau healthcare environment, ethical channel dynamics, HCP engagement practices, HA tendering and UMAO or Food labelling regulations.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant ethical sales, key account, or HCP engagement experience in a multinational pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or healthcare-related organisation.
  • Prior experience in OTC, Wellness, ethical channel sales, HCP engagement, hospital, private clinic, government, tender, or distributor management is highly preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of managerial, supervisory, or cross-functional leadership experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales performance, improving customer engagement, managing complex stakeholders, and executing compliant commercial programmes.

Key Capabilities and Competencies:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate brand priorities into practical sales execution and measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent HCP engagement capability, combining scientific credibility, consultative selling skills, and customer-centric communication.
  • High execution discipline, with strong planning, prioritisation, resilience, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Sound judgement and analytical mindset, using evidence to balance pace, business impact, compliance, and operational risk.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
