As a Planning & Forecasting Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities across LATAMmarkets. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, global finance teams, shared services, and in-market stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, variance analysis, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of P&L and Free Cash Flow (FCF) models to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Perform planning and forecasting platform activities, including data loading, extraction, validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
Prepare and deliver accuratefinancial reports for regional and global finance teams, as well as in-market stakeholders.
Analyze financial results against budgets, forecasts, prior periods, and other performance scenarios, providing meaningful variance analysis and business insights.
Support monthly forecasting cycles and identifyrisks, opportunities, and corrective actions to improve financial performance.
Collaborate in the annual budgeting process, partnering with business stakeholders to align financial targets and assumptions.
Develop and maintainfinancial reporting documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines.
Support cash flow forecasting activities by incorporating business trends, operational inputs, and financial assumptions.
Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from various stakeholders across the organization.
Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Embedded Finance teams, and Planning & Forecasting leadership to ensure reporting consistency and data integrity.
Prepare scenario analyses and financial models that support business initiatives, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of financial projections and reporting outputs.
Identifyand implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Planning & Forecasting activities.
Generate recommendations and reportingenhancements that drive financial visibility and business performance.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with therequired skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related finance functions.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Free Cash Flow (FCF).
Experience performing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Advanced proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Workday.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
Portuguese language skills.
Experience supporting multi-country or regional finance operations.
