Hello. We are Haleon. A new global leader in consumer health. Shaped by all who join us. Together, we're improving the everyday health of billions of people. By growing and innovating our global portfolio of leading category brands, including Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin and Centrum, through a unique combination of deep human knowledge and trusted science. In addition, we are succeeding in a company that we are in control of. In an As Project Manager, you’ll lead and champion our ANZ new product introduction and project management processes, helping teams deliver innovation on time and in full.

Haleon ANZ has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract through to April 2027, with a start as soon as possible.

In this role, you’ll champion our ANZ new product introduction and project management processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to help deliver innovation on time and in full.

You will provide the structure, governance and momentum that enables complex cross-functional projects to move forward. Just as importantly, you’ll build project management capability across the organisation by coaching teams to identify risks early, solve problems effectively and take greater ownership of delivery.

What you will be doing!

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across innovation and new product introduction, establishing clear scope, timelines, governance and accountabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive effective decision-making, contingency planning, issue resolution and delivery.
  • Facilitate joint planning sessions to align teams around project scope and successful market delivery.
  • Own and maintain key project timelines by tracking milestones, dependencies and risks while keeping local and global stakeholders aligned.
  • Anticipate and manage risk by identifying potential roadblocks early and facilitating practical solutions.
  • Influence across a matrix organisation using strong stakeholder management, negotiation and collaboration skills to maintain momentum.
  • Drive continuous improvement by challenging duplication and unnecessary complexity and identifying opportunities to simplify the way we work.
  • Connect locally and globally by working closely with project and category leads to ensure ANZ requirements and deliverables are achieved.
  • Support important cross-functional initiatives with particular significance for the ANZ business.

What We're Looking For

A confident project leader who enjoys bringing people together around a shared outcome. You know how to create structure around complexity, but you’re also comfortable getting into the detail when a project needs it.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial and/or project management environment, within FMCG or retail
  • Strong project planning and management capability, with experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • The ability to lead, influence and energise cross-functional teams, including stakeholders you don’t directly manage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks, understand root causes and recommend pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building capability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and track relevant project KPIs.
  • Confidence operating within a complex, matrix environment and adapting your approach for different stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset combined with confidence to challenge, influence and hold others accountable.

Even better if you have

  • Experience delivering projects using traditional project management and/or Agile principles.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain or Supply organisations.
  • Exposure to OTC, consumer healthcare or FMCG.
  • Experience reporting and presenting to management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools.
  • A tertiary business qualification or professional qualification in Project Management.
