Nuestro Sales Force Effectiveness Lead Southern Cone para liderar la excelencia en ejecución comercial y maximizar la productividad de la fuerza de ventas en Argentina y Chile.

Esta posición será responsable de impulsar la efectividad comercial a través de análisis avanzados, segmentación de clientes, gestión del desempeño, optimización de recursos comerciales y adopción de herramientas CRM. Trabajará estrechamente con los equipos de Ventas, Trade Marketing y Commercial Excellence para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejorar la ejecución en el punto de venta.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de representantes de ventas y merchandising, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño.

• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de segmentación de farmacias y clientes para maximizar el potencial comercial.

• Definir objetivos comerciales, metas de ventas e indicadores clave de desempeño para la fuerza de ventas.

• Monitorear y analizar KPIs comerciales para optimizar la efectividad de ejecución en terreno.

• Analizar información de sell-in, sell-out e inventarios para identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar recomendaciones accionables.

• Coordinar la implementación efectiva de actividades de Trade Marketing y visibilidad en punto de venta.

• Liderar la adopción, gobernanza y mejora continua del CRM Veeva, impulsando su uso por parte de los equipos comerciales.

• Preparar y presentar revisiones de desempeño comercial e insights para la toma de decisiones del negocio.

• Liderar los equipos de ejecución comercial y call center del canal farmacias, garantizando la excelencia en la ejecución, el desarrollo de capacidades y el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño.

• Definir y gestionar la estrategia de segmentación y cobertura de clientes, optimizando la asignación de recursos comerciales y los modelos de atención para maximizar las oportunidades de crecimiento.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones:

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en cargos de Trade Marketing, Efectividad de Fuerza de Ventas, Ejecución comercial o similares en empresas de consumo masivo o afines.
• Profesional en las carreras de Administración, economía, negocios, ingeniería o afines.
• Dominio de Inglés B2 o superior.
• Excel Avanzado.
• Experiencia con herramientas CRM.
• Manejo de KPIs comerciales.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida en San Fernando.
