在公司政策和要求下，负责与药店店长和店员沟通，推销公司的产品并培训产品知识，主要目标是提升客户满意度、达成销售目标并确保促销活动的有效执行。
主要工作职责：
1. 推广公司产品：
与药店店长和店员沟通，推销公司的药品及保健品，提高销售业绩。
2. 培训产品知识：
定期为店员进行产品知识培训，提高其对公司产品的了解与推荐能力。
3. 执行促销活动：
协调并推动公司促销活动在门店的实施，确保促销方案得到有效执行。
4. 产品陈列管理：
负责门店产品的合理陈列，确保品牌形象统一，并提升产品的可见性。
5. 市场反馈收集：
定期收集市场及客户反馈，及时调整销售策略以满足客户需求。
6. 线上分销支持：
协助门店在美团、饿了么、京东等O2O平台的产品分销及陈列，提升品牌的线上曝光率。
7. 节庆促销策划：
参与节庆促销活动的策划与实施，推动销售业绩的提升。
任职条件:
- 本科及以上学历，专业背景不限，医药、市场营销等相关专业优先。对医药健康零售行业有热情。
- 2027届毕业生优先，有校园社团实践、兼职销售、志愿者服务经历者优先。
- 具备校园社团骨干经历、兼职销售经验或大型志愿服务经历者优先，具有较强的组织协调能力。
- 具备优秀的学习能力，对销售工作抱有热忱，有志于在销售领域长期发展。
- 性格开朗亲和，具备出色的语言表达与人际沟通能力，乐于主动建立并维护客户关系。
- 工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力，能适应高频次的门店走访及外勤工作节奏。
- 熟练操作计算机及各类常用办公软件，具备高效的数据处理能力。
- 具备良好的英文听说读写能力，可作为工作语言进行基础商务沟通。
