The digital channel is evolving rapidly, and we are committed to driving this transformation, taking ownership, and sustainably expanding our position in Digital Commerce. Together with a strong, highly collaborative cross-functional team, you will actively shape change and play a key role in the development of our strategic accounts.

Your Role at Haleon

  • You will be part of the Sales team driving the strategic and operational development of Digital Commerce across Haleon DACH.
  • In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders at both European and DACH levels, including the Leadership Team, ensuring effective alignment between local and regional priorities. You will also actively contribute to the continuous improvement of digital standards and processes.
  • You will collaborate with our strategic partners across Pure Play, Omnichannel, and, with a particular focus, the e-Pharmacy sector, developing innovative business models and continuously identifying new digital sales channels.
  • You will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, and reporting of your e-commerce customer portfolio, including full P&L ownership, ensuring sustainable business growth and performance.
  • You will actively participate in cross-functional teams and work closely with Commercial Excellence (COMEX), Media, and Finance to design and successfully implement digital growth initiatives.
  • Based on relevant KPIs and performance analyses, you will identify key areas for action, uncover optimization opportunities, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our digital activities.

What we are looking for

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Sales or Digital Commerce, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong expertise in the e-Pharmacy business and a keen understanding of digital trends.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing key customer relationships, combined with a proactive and independent working style.
  • Enjoyment of working in agile teams and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, digital affinity, and the ability to keep sight of the bigger picture.
  • Fluent German and English skills.

Our Benefits:

  • Work in an inspiring, international environment: Join an exciting, collaborative culture at our centrally located Munich office.
  • Flexible and hybrid working: Enjoy a healthy balance between office and remote work. We typically spend three days per week in the office, while also offering home office flexibility. Additionally, you can work abroad for up to 10 days per year. Our various working time models provide even greater flexibility.
  • More than just a salary: In addition to a competitive compensation package aligned with collective bargaining agreements, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus that rewards your contribution to our shared success. You will also benefit from at least 30 days of annual leave, additional leave for special occasions, holiday pay, annual bonus payments, and a company pension scheme.
  • Family support: We provide comprehensive support for mothers, fathers, and same-sex couples throughout their family journey. Following the birth of a child, we offer family-friendly leave, a birth allowance, childcare subsidies, and emergency childcare support to help ease your return to work.
  • Health and wellbeing: Your health matters to us. We offer a broad range of health benefits, including vaccinations, regular access to our products, and sports-related benefits. You can also enjoy attractive corporate discounts on fashion, sports, concerts, and lifestyle offerings, as well as subsidized meals in our canteen.
  • Continuous development: Grow with us through a wide range of learning opportunities, from leadership and business skills to technical expertise. You will also have the opportunity to participate free of charge in our in-house "Mini MBA" program to further accelerate your career development.
