About the team
Right now we’re on a journey to transform our in-house Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you’ll be joining and contributing at a critical point in our evolution. About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle within the country and across multiple functions. You will be driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver top talent to the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.
- Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/ or HRBPs.
- Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.
- Identifies and proposes simple changes el local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Experience with Works Council or Similar is required.
- Full cycle in-house recruiting or Agency experience ideally in consumer goods or related industry.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience managing high volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
