SDET I

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for various applications.
• Implement test automation strategies to achieve optimal test coverage and improve testing efficiency.
• Act as the first level of debugging support for development teams and internal customers.
• Participate actively in Agile sprints, contributing from the design and planning phase.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Contribute to in-house R& D activities and explore innovative testing approaches.
• Think beyond conventional testing methods to identify product issues, edge cases, and potential improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing or test automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Appium, Cucumber, and Pytest
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new testing techniques and challenge conventional product behavior.
