Haleon's ANZ business is currently looking for a Vendor Replenishment Planner / Integrated Supply Planner to join our ANZ Sales team, partnering closely with Chemist Warehouse and Sigma, two of Haleon’s largest pharmacy customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional product availability, forecast accuracy and replenishment execution, while building strong customer partnerships and driving operational excellence.

The Role

Reporting to the National Business Manager, this role sits at the intersection of Sales and Supply Chain and acts as the critical link between Haleon and our key pharmacy customers’ replenishment and logistics teams. You will support customer growth through effective forecasting, inventory management, replenishment planning and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing the replenishment of Haleon products into Chemist Warehouse and Sigma distribution centres.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and driving optimal stock availability while maintaining agreed service targets.
  • Analysing sales, forecast and inventory data to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and customer stakeholders to align forecasts and promotional plans.
  • Developing and maintaining customer supply scorecards, KPI reporting and business performance insights.
  • Supporting promotional planning and post-event analysis to improve future performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance replenishment processes and customer service levels.

You will have

We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded person who, enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, builds strong customer relationships, takes initiative, and leverages data driven insights to deliver strong business outcomes.

  • Experience in sales, replenishment planning, supply planning, demand planning, or a related FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience interpreting sales, inventory and forecast data to support decision making.
  • Strong stakeholder management, customer facing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Experience with Nielsen, Circana, IQVIA or similar data sources would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to Pharmacy, Retail, FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industries would be highly regarded.
