As the Head of Go To Market/Route To Market you will plan and implement strategies for leading growth through focus, execution and development. You will also provide guidance, coaching and feedback to your team.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Implement long term strategic plan for the organization

• Develop the business plans and resource allocations to consistently deliver leading performance in the market

• Ensure full compliance with local/national regulations

• Manage key internal and external stakeholders

• Lead and build a professional team to help develop and implement the company’s strategy

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (i.e. Economics, Marketing, Business Management)

• Experience leading a team

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Master’s Degree, preferably MBA

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to think strategically

• Experience driving organizational development and change management
