What will the role involve?

The role of a Chef de Partieat Fermain Valley involves taking ownership of a designated section within the kitchen and supporting the delivery of an exceptional culinary experience for guests. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team, the Chef de Partiewill prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, care, and seasonal flair in every service.

As Chef de Partie, your role will focus on managing your section efficiently during service, maintaininghigh standardsof food hygiene and safety, and ensuring mise enplace is completed to the highest level. Responsibilities will include supporting junior team members, monitoring stock within your section, assistingwith menu preparation across the hotel, including private dining and special events, and helping to ensure every dish enhances the guest experience.

This is a full-time role working 5days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40hours per week, which may vary depending on business.

• You will have previousexperience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a quality hotel or restaurant environment, with a good understanding of running a section and maintaininghigh culinary standards. You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food, learning, and development.
