TECHNICAL LEAD - React JS

Job Role: Technical Lead - React.Js

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10 to 16 Years

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Software Lead / Architect to contribute to a modern, customer-facing web application. The engineer will focus on building high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces, while collaborating closely with Back-End, UX, and Product.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong front-end fundamentals and experience working within large-scale, modular front-end architectures.

What will you bring as a Lead:

• Minimum 10 to 16 years of professional front-end development experience
• Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and user experience quality
• Ability to work independently while aligning closely with product goals

Required knowledge and experience:

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React Query, Redux, or similar state management solutions
• Solid understanding of micro-frontends and modular UI architectures
• Proven experience optimizing performance and accessibility
• Strong knowledge of modern web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, browser APIs)
• Experience building applications with WebSockets for live or real-time data updates

• Design and implement modern, responsive web applications
• Build reusable, maintainable UI components and front-end services
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Back-End teams
• Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and usability
