In This Role You Will
- Prepare, file and organize legal documents
- Maintain corporate registers and records
- Support diligence and contract administration
- Liaise with notaries and authorities
You Might Thrive If You
- Paralegal qualification or law studies
- 1-3 yrs in a firm or in-house
- Organized; strong EN/AR
- Multi-entity exposure a plus
