Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
•  Lead and supervise sales managers and executives across assigned locations.
•  Build relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, dealerships, and individual buyers.
•  Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
•  Monitor sales performance, inventory, pricing, and competitor activities.
•  Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting.
•  Coach sales teams and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

•  HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
•  8–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
•  At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership position.
•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
•  Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, dealership operations, and corporate fleet sales.
•  Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
•  Willingness to travel as required.
