The Project Director - West Midlands is one of the most senior delivery roles in the business. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will own the delivery P&L for the West Midlands pod, lead a team of project managers, site managers and supervisors, and be Harmony's most senior delivery presence in the region - visible to clients, credible on site and the face of how we deliver our promises in the West Midlands market. While we bring the West Midlands pod to life, you will work in a hybrid pattern - field-based across live projects in the region, with regular time at our Yeovil and London offices to plug into the wider delivery and pre-construction leadership team.
This is a leadership role at the heart of how Harmony turns won work into delivered work. It is about bringing the right energy, accountability and resilience to our mission of saving lives through fire and height safety.
