Senior Data Analyst - CSA

Job Description :

• Own end-to-end analysis workflows - from data extraction and transformation to insight delivery
• Write clean, optimized SQL queries for segmentation, funnel analysis, and custom business logic
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for client-facing and internal reporting
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate on solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation across all deliverables
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role
• Strong SQL proficiency across any platform ( T-SQL ,Big Query, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, etc.) - including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and custom segmentation logic
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI - including DAX, data modelling, and visual design
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets
• Clear communication skills - able to explain findings and logic to business stakeholders

Good to Have

• Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, or basic scripting for automation) - added advantage
• Familiarity with CLM tools (Moengage) ,marketing or digital analytics data sources (GA4 etc.)
