Seasonal Sales Merchandiser Part-Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Seasonal Sales Merchandiser is a part-time position running October through December, working Friday through Sunday. Guided by the Field Sales Manager - Hawaii, this role stocks, maintains, and monitors all aspects of merchandising for the sales department. The position also serves as a liaison between the company and our customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Utilizes personal vehicle to merchandise products at designated locations.
• Stocks, maintains, and monitors all aspects of merchandising, including stocking customer shelves, ensuring proper product placement, rotation, and pricing, as well as setting up displays.
• Assists the sales team with their accounts and coordinates their own work duties.
• Accurately maintains a work log that accounts for activities and driving time between accounts.
• Maintains good relationships with store management and associates by providing regular service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Works independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Assists with schematic resets and participates in other sales activities and projects.
• Performs work in a clean, neat, and safe manner.
• Carries out all duties and upholds all standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Regular attendance is required for the position.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experiencerequired.
• At least one (1) year of merchandising or related work experience.
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Associate Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
