Position - Quantity Surveyor
Location - Head Office - Colombo, Sri Lanka
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Carry out measurement, valuation and preparation of interim payment certificates.
Assist in contract administration, variation assessment and claims management.
Liaise with site teams, clients and consultants on commercial and contractual matters.
Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports and support budget control.
Support procurement processes with cost analysis and vendor evaluation.
Candidate Profile:
BSc in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 03 years' experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of contract administration, measurement and cost control.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Quantity Surveying software.
Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work closely with site and management teams.
