Job Summary

AI Impact Associate supports high-visibility AI initiatives by driving execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, structuring business problems, and validating market and customer insights to convert shortlisted AI ideas into decision-ready, GTM-aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of assigned AI/GenAI initiatives, ensuring progress from idea shortlisting to decision readiness.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership to maintain execution cadence and closure.
• Structure business problems into clear objectives, success metrics, and KPI hypotheses.
• Conduct market, industry, and customer research to validate use-case relevance, TAM, and value potential.
• Own and maintain execution artifacts such as trackers, roadmaps, decision notes, and status updates.
• Support solution shaping discussions by translating business needs into structured inputs for AI solution teams.
• Assist in building business cases, value narratives, and executive-ready documentation.
• Enable GTM-ready collateral including presentations, briefs, and workshop outputs for leadership and clients.
