GCP Cloud Engineer / GenAI & Gemini Enterprise / Bilingual
We are looking for a bilingual Senior Administrator - GCP to join a our team. This role will support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Gemini Enterprise-related initiatives, working closely with customers, engineers, and business stakeholders in both Japanese and English.
This is an excellent opportunity for cloud professionals who are passionate about GCP, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and emerging GenAI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and manage 3P/1P connectors for Gemini Enterprise using Agent Space and relevant tools.
Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Ensure security, permissions, and access control (ACL) requirements are properly configured.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Support communication and coordination between Japanese and global teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Present technical findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest GenAI, cloud, and enterprise technology trends.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Providers (IdP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Gemini Enterprise
Google Workspace administration experience
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 knowledge
Experience with GenAI, AI, or cloud transformation projects
Experience with Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar IdP solutions
