Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of Pega CDH solutions.
Define and implement customer decisioning strategies and personalization frameworks.
Design scalable Next-Best-Action and customer engagement solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for CDH implementations.
Support delivery teams in resolving complex design and architecture challenges.

Preferred Skills

Experience in large-scale Pega CDH implementations.
Exposure to customer analytics, marketing decisioning, and customer journey orchestration.
Strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
