Key Responsibilities
Project ScopingProject Planning (WBS, Resource & Timeline)Program Risk ManagementProject Execution ManagementEscalations & Stakeholder ManagementLead & Drive operating mechanisms with Baxter’s’ cross-functions and external suppliers and control execution.Develop status dashboards, GANTT charts, project risk charts with mitigations & governing the project execution.Establish a periodic governance review with Baxter leadership to highlight progress, status, technical & project execution risks & mitigations.
Skill Requirements
10-15 years of Program Management experience in Medical Devices NPD or EU MDR remediation & sustenance engineering, at a minimumOperational Knowledge of PDLM tools like Agile, Trackwise or equivalent.Hands on experience on Project Planning using tools like MSProject or equivalent.Good communication skills (verbal, email, etc.)Indirect Leadership skills (have a clear vision of the project goal, able to work with the team to prioritize support needed)Good organizational skills (time management, resource management, task delegation)Problem solving skills (make timely and effective decisions)Technical skills (understanding of the med device industry, proficient in utilizing project management tools)Adaptable & flexible (ability to navigate and manage changes to project scope)Strategic thinking (long-term planning & stakeholder engagement)Independence (the purpose of this resource is to try to reduce the burden on our internal teams to complete, so independent work is important)
