Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale application development and modernization programs using Java, Microservices, and AWS. The role involves driving delivery, stakeholder management, solution alignment, team coordination, and successful execution of cloud-native initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS-based transformation programs.Manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget.Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders.Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, governance, and status reporting.Ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and quality standards.Track program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.Support release planning, production readiness, and issue escalation management.Engage with customers to provide project updates and ensure successful outcomes.

Skill Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Program/Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience managing AWS cloud application development programs.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred:

  • PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certifications.
  • Experience in application modernization and cloud migration programs.
