Job Summary
Lead end-to-end F&A solution design for outsourcing, transformation, and managed services opportunities.Create differentiated operating models leveraging process excellence, automation, AI, analytics, and platform-based solutions.Act as the functional solution owner across client pursuits, solution shaping, transition strategy, and transformation roadmaps.Partner with Sales, Delivery, Consulting, and Technology teams to build compelling value propositions and business cases.Drive client outcomes focused on productivity, working capital improvement, compliance, controllership, and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own solution architecture for F&A towers including O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Master Data Management.Lead discovery workshops, current-state assessments, and future-state operating model design.Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPI/SLA structures, and organization designs.Build commercial models, effort estimations, staffing strategies, location strategies, and productivity commitments.Design AI, automation, analytics, and agentic AI use cases across finance processes.Create client-facing solution collateral, proposal responses, case studies, and executive presentations.Support due diligence, transition planning, rebadging assessment, and deal solution reviews.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution-to-execution alignment and value realization.Drive innovation agenda through HCLTech IPs, partner ecosystem, and digital accelerators.
Skill Requirements
Strong expertise across F&A towers: O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Tax, Treasury.Knowledge of shared services, GBS, outsourcing, and finance transformation.Understanding of SOX, controls, compliance, financial reporting, and working capital levers.Experience with KPI benchmarking and process optimization.
