Job Summary

Platform & Operations Engineer (Zoom Collaboration) with 6+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration platforms, video conferencing, unified communications, and collaboration operations. Responsible for administration, configuration, troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance optimization, user support, service reporting, and operational governance of Zoom collaboration services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Webinar platforms.

• Manage user provisioning, licensing, role administration, and platform configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex audio, video, screen-sharing, meeting, and conferencing issues.
• Support Zoom Room devices, conference room systems, and collaboration endpoints.
• Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, directory synchronization, and calendar integrations.
• Monitor platform availability, performance, capacity, and service health.
• Support platform upgrades, feature deployments, and change-management activities.
• Handle L2 escalations, incident resolution, and service-restoration activities.
• Generate operational reports, usage statistics, KPI dashboards, and platform analytics.
• Coordinate with Network, Security, Identity, and Infrastructure teams.
• Maintain SOPs, operational documentation, knowledge repositories, and support runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience in Zoom Collaboration Administration.

• Hands-on experience with Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Webinar.
• Knowledge of Unified Communications (UC), VoIP, and Enterprise Collaboration technologies.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and firewall requirements for collaboration services.
• Experience managing collaboration room hardware and conferencing endpoints.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and operational support models.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Zoom Administrator Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
