Job Summary

Functional design authority for the SAP FI/SD side of Twilight and the finance-facing Product Owner. Owns SAP-side validation, creation, cancellation, credit/debit and consolidated invoice design, and turns high-level epics into approved requirements with Finance, Tax and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• MI: own FI-SD billing design, covering template-driven invoice validation and creation (SO-based, DN-based, collective, special), CPM consolidated and split invoices, and invoice cancellation and reversal.
• NI Wave 1: define the Credit/Debit Note ERP posting design: pre-posting validation, simulation, posting, status retrieval, duplicate prevention, audit trail and authorization under SOX.
• MI: design CT/STP onboarding configuration (custom-table flags, output types, company codes, PGI/AGI, POD, billing milestones, tax and localization) for CNS CTs and later India and LAT.
• MI: act as main Product Owner, refining epics into stories and acceptance criteria and prioritising the backlog with Finance, AR, Tax and Compliance.
• Lead and review ABAP and FI Billing/Test consultants; own the functional test strategy, UAT and business sign-off.
• Align posting, cancellation and counting logic with ERP landscape direction (including ngERP) and audit requirements.

Skill Requirements

• 12+ years in SAP FI/SD, 3+ in a lead or architect role.
• Deep SD billing and FI posting: billing types, output determination, collective billing, credit and debit memos, cancellation and reversal.
• Integration design with RFC, BAPI and OData, and with middleware such as CPI or OIM.
• SOX and audit-control aware solution design.
• Product-owner skills: requirements to stories, prioritisation, stakeholder workshops.
• Hands-on with S/4HANA or ECC billing and FI-SD integration.
