Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Generative AI & Agentic AI Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and practical experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in LLM-based applications, AI Agents, Agentic workflows, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

This role is focused on delivering business-transforming AI solutions and intelligent automation capabilities using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Generative AI applications using enterprise-grade Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions involving autonomous and multi-agent systems.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge management and intelligent search.
• Build AI Assistants, Copilots, and AI-powered workflow automation solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business platforms.
• Design, optimize, and evaluate prompts, workflows, and agent interactions.
• Establish governance, security, and Responsible AI practices across AI implementations.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Conduct PoCs, pilots, and production implementations of AI-driven business solutions.
• Mentor development teams on GenAI and Agentic AI best practices.
