Job Summary

  • Lead hands-on technical delivery offshore; convert approved architecture into buildable specifications and sprint-ready work

  • Own and continuously tune the engineering harness - repository context files, agent instructions, prompt libraries, code templates, evaluation sets and guardrails

  • Perform deep technical design for services, APIs, data model, integration and policy enforcement

  • Lead agent-assisted code review; set and enforce coding, security and documentation standards

  • Mentor the engineering team on agentic SDLC practice; raise the team’s effective output rather than only their own

  • Own technical quality of releases, including performance, observability and operational readiness

  • Maintain delivery continuity across time zones in partnership with the onsite architect
