Senior Test Lead - C#, Selenium, Python

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manual & Functional Testing QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in requirement analysis, functional and regression testing, test scenario and test case design, defect management, and end-to-end system testing.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices. Experience with JIRA, Xray, and Confluence is required. Exposure to test automation, preferably C# with Selenium, along with API testing and SQL knowledge, will be an added advantage. Semiconductor domain experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and analyzing the requirements and the application under test
• Define and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and processes to ensure product

quality

• Writing comprehensive functional test cases to ensure the reliability of the application and

deliver a bug free product

• Design comprehensive test scenarios that cover various use cases, including positive,

negative and boundary conditions

• Drive end-to-end system testing including functional, regression and performance testing
• Ensure timely bug reporting, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
• Verify bug fixes and perform impact analysis to identify the regression scope
• Prepare test data and set up the test environment required for execution
• Provide clear documentation and reports of test results
• Execute and maintain automation test scripts; C# Selenium is preferable, any other language

is also fine

• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the testing process
• Collaborate with development, product and apps teams to understand requirements and

ensure testability

• Optimize QA processes for efficiency and scalability; manage tasks and documentation using

Jira, Confluence, and related tools

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and quality metrics
• Stay updated on emerging trends in software testing and QA methodologies
• Participate in PI Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings
• Working in Agile/Scrum to deliver high quality product

Secondary Skills: Automation exposure in C# Selenium is preferable; automation in any other

language is also fine. Good to have exposure in API testing, SQL

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or

equivalent combination of education and experience
