Key Responsibilities
lient Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfactiononDay-to-Day Automation
Continuous Improvement:Work with the team to identifyarea of Automations, work with Automation team and implement the solutions. Showcasethe improvements to the customer and meet the defined target
Governance:Establishand maintain a robust governance process, including regular meetings with stakeholders, Internal Leads, R&C, etc.
Skill Requirements
Supporting Skills:
Scrum & Agile:Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in iterative cycles, incorporating continuous feedback and adapting to change requirements to enhance product quality and team performance.
AWS & Azure: Has working knowledge of servers, storage, and databases, along with experience in AWS and Azure APIs and message queuing services
Databases:Familiarity with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including basic SQL query writing and database management tasks
Terraform, Jenkins & Kubernetes:Has experience in deploying code to Kubernetes cluster and cloud native services using Jenkins pipeline and Terraform code
Communication:Communicates clearly across technical topics
