  • Contribute to IGA JML process improvements and automation
  • Customize identity workflows to meet business needs
  • Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting of SailPoint ISC issues
  • Track and close defects through to permanent fix -Act as L3 SME support for SailPoint ISC issues
  • Integrate SailPoint ISC with target systems (AD, Azure AD, SAP, cloud SaaS apps)
  • Build or modify custom connectors
  • Advise on SailPoint best practices and standards
  • Advise on SailPoint IIQ to ISC migration Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint ISC.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with identity governance and administration solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and application onboarding in SailPoint ISC.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to cloud security.
  • Hands-on Exp with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and modern identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
  • Deep understanding of SailPoint ISC features: Access Profiles, Roles, Identity Profiles, and Transforms.
  • Proficiency with SailPoint APIs for integration and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Programming Languages:
  • Java: Strong proficiency for customization and integration tasks.
  • BeanShell: Experience using BeanShell scripts for workflow customization.
  • For scripting and automation tasks within SailPoint solutions
  • SQL: Ability to write and optimize queries for database integration and reporting
