Job Summary
Key note: This role ensures that the proper activities are implemented and managed in accordance with the EU GDP/GMP requirements and/or local legislation requirements (e.g. FDA, Japanese, HPRA, etc).
The incumbent will be a key contributor within our Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Supply team, ensuring that customers and patients receive essential medications in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in accelerating the global delivery of medicines by proactively addressing challenges, envisioning innovative solutions, and executing decisive actions.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with a team of Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Supply Chain experts to uphold the performance and reliability of our advanced Real-Time Temperature Monitoring (RTTM) platform. This includes promptly identifying and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
As a member of the RTTM Support function, the incumbent will be responsible for managing ticketing processes across the shipment lifecycle-pre-shipment, in-transit, and post-shipment. This includes resolution tracking and analytical reporting for a diverse range of customers and stakeholders worldwide.

Skill Requirements
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration (Management), Supply Chain or Logistics or any appropriate work experience.
Any relevant work experience (1-2 years).
