Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

5+ yrs of relevant Expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI), and Boomi Integration Platform .

• Thorough understanding of integration architecture, message flows, data mapping, transformation logic, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Strong experience in IBM ACE production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements.

• Experience in environment upgrades, patching, deployment activities, and production support.

• Proficiency in basic Java, ESQL, SQL, XML, and XSLT and Knowledge of XML schema validation and XSLT-based transformations.

• Familiarity with messaging and integration patterns such as:

• Publish/Subscribe

• Request/Response

• Event-Driven Architecture

• Message Routing and Transformation

• REST/SOAP Web Services

• Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management, keystore/truststore configuration, and security troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Boomi AtomSpherein production environments.

• Experience with Boomi Corporate iPaaSand Boomi OCADO iPaaSmonitoring, support, and troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of Boomi processes, connectors, APIs, Atom Management, deployments, scheduling, and process reporting.

• Should have knowledge on Azure cloud fundamentalsand should be able to support.

• Experience in incident management, problem management, RCA, and production supportwithin SLA-driven environments.

• Ability to analyse logs, troubleshoot integration failures, and resolve API/data flow issues.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azureservices including AKS, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), including module management, deployments, and environment support.

• Experience using Azure DevOpsfor deployment and release support.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration support best practices.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes(Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) administration, development, and support.

• Strong knowledge of EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat Files, and trading partner implementations.

• Expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and transaction monitoring.

• Experience inTrading Partner onboarding/offboarding, partner communication setup, and support.

• AS2, SFTP, MQ, MFT, SMTPcommunication protocols.

• SSL/TLS certificates, keystore/truststore management.

• Network troubleshooting (firewalls, DNS, ports, connectivity issues).

• Business process development and support.

Support & Operations

• Understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure support.

• Experience in business process development, support, and maintenance.

• Strong incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis skills.

• Flexible to provide production support and implement minor code/configuration changes.

• Ability to provide 24x7 On-Call Supportfor critical production issues and participate in bridge/conference calls as per SLA requirements.

• Experience with release management, deployment support, environment health checks, and operational monitoring

Other Requirements

• Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, eCommerce or OCADO environments.

• Exposure to Boomi API Management.

• Experience with Log Analytics, Application Insights, Splunk,or similar monitoring tools.

• Understanding of Agile and DevOps ways of working.

• Boomi, IBM Ace Certification

• Basic understanding of IBM MQ including queue managers, queues, channels, clustering, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with map editor for sterling integration in developing maps.
