Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java/Golang and frontend development using React.js . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Golang.
• Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js .
• Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Backend:

• Strong experience in Java or Golang development.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Experience in RESTful API design and development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Frontend:

• Extensive experience with React.js .
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 CSS3 and Node.js .
• Experience building modern, responsive web applications.

Database and Cloud:

• Strong experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

DevOps and Tools:

• Git version control.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and tracing tools such as Jaeger.
• Unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and application security.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
