Responsibilities:

  • Lead backend architecture design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend logic.
  • Contribute to frontend development using Next.js and React.js for client-facing features.
  • Work with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of applications.
  • Maintain coding best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor the team.
  • Integrate with databases, caching layers, and third-party services.
  • Implement DevOps practices with CI/CD and cloud deployment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong backend focus.
  • Expertise in Python or Java for backend development.
  • Strong proficiency with Next.js and React.js for frontend work.
  • In-depth knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
  • Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced product/startup environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
