We are adding an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer with specialization in Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales) to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle Sales Cloud platform. This role will partner with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and IT teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, develop integrations, and drive adoption of Oracle CX solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Cloud technical expertise with business process knowledge in sales, customer management, and CRM operations. The individual will serve as the primary subject matter expert for CRM technology, driving the deployment of Oracle CX Sales Cloud and related modules. Advances HDR’s information management capabilities through meeting the needs of the various business units for major applications, design, development, deployment, and continual maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications specifically Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales) applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing business operations
• Configure and enhance UI components in accounts, contacts, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Sales and enterprise applications
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing activities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures
• Collaborate with business, ERP, and integration teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Participate in system enhancement projects and continuous improvement efforts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle CX Sales, including configuration of Oracle CX Sales objects and application of CRM best practices.

Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle Application Express (APEX).

Experience developing in object-oriented programming languages, including Java, and JavaScript.

Experience with SQL Server, including database design, development, and optimization.

Experience designing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations, web services, and API-based solutions.

Strong SQL, data analysis, and data troubleshooting skills.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud development.

Experience supporting Oracle Opportunities, Accounts, and Portfolio Management functionality.

Experience with .NET development.

Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and/or Oracle Analytics.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or a related field of study
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; both technical and functional
• Demonstrated ability to work across teams
• Experience interpreting business requirementsfunctional specs and producing a technical design which may be assigned to another developer
• Ability to lead and mentor development team members
