Job Summary

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreeand 6years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree with 4years ofexperience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field ORPhDwith 2years ofexperiencein health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related fieldOR 10years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field

• Understanding, and being highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiencyin computer languages, such as SQL, Python, R, etc.

• Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveragingdata visualization toolssuch as Tableau or Power BI

• High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inceptionto customeror partnerexecution.

• Experience leading an analytic initiative to success.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliveryhigh quality output to senior leadership to decision making within shorttimeline.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in the Healthcare industry (Payor, Provider, Pharmacy or Epidemiology).

• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or WES Redshift to support the transition from legacy systems to modern architectures.

• Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management platforms like Collibra, Alation, or Informatica to operationalize data stewardship and lineage.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.
