Responsibilities:
- Answer calls/ Emails/ Chat professionally to provide information about products, process and services.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer - understand the customer's needs and details, identify potential solutions and take ownership for delighting the customer.
- Achieve best in class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs.
- Willing to walk the extra mile to deliver customer delight and best in world customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- Strong empathy for customers.
- Solution seeker - find ways to address customer needs.
- Attention to detail, good listening skills and comprehension skills.
- Great communication skills - fluency in English and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
- Comfortable using technology like browsers, MS-Office, email etc.
