  • Partner with sales, campaign strategy, content studio, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
  • Ensure proposals and program materials meet the highest standards of Hearst brand quality, creativity, storytelling, and execution.
  • Manage post-sale program and event execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
  • Respond to day-to-day requests from sales, staff, and management with clarity, responsiveness, and strategic thinking.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to support efficient, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 2-3+ years of related experience in marketing, advertising, media, account strategy, or a similar field.
  • Experience with both the strategic and executional aspects of marketing proposal development.
  • Strong copywriting skills; experience writing client-facing proposals and presentations is a plus.
  • Experience reading and interpreting RFPs, media grids, client briefs, and related marketing materials.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations.
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and can independently navigate challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing, collaborative environment.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a team-focused culture.
  • Understanding of or interest in Hearst editorial products and the Style & Design industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Google Workspace.
  • New York, NY-based role with a hybrid work schedule.
