About the Role:
The Mobile Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities related to mobile equipment and vehicles within the organization. This role ensures that all mobile assets are maintained in optimal working condition to support operational efficiency and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotive maintenance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile equipment or vehicle maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to mobile equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards applicable to mobile maintenance.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or fleet management (e.g., ASE certification).
- Experience with budgeting and inventory management for maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations related to equipment maintenance and disposal.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for all mobile equipment and vehicles.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
- Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including parts procurement and labor costs, to optimize resource allocation.
