Der Bereich Development Factories for Development, Testing & Migration verantwortet die Softwareentwicklung, Datenmigration sowie den Aufbau und Betrieb einer leistungsfähigen TestFactory. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere hochspezialisierte Teams und gestalten aktiv die technologische Weiterentwicklung sowie die digitale Transformation unseres Unternehmens.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Softwareentwicklung, Datenmigration und TestFactory
• Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung leistungsfähiger Entwicklungs- und Teststrukturen
• Definition und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT- und Cloud-Strategie
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung mehrerer Teams sowie Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
• Steuerung externer Partner, Near-/Offshore-Teams und Dienstleister
• Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsstandards
• Leitung und Steuerung komplexer SAP-Entwicklungsprojekte (z. B. ABAP OO, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5)
• Gestaltung und Implementierung von Lösungen auf der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Verantwortung für Datenmigrationsarchitekturen, ETL-Prozesse sowie deren Qualitätssicherung
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer automatisierten TestFactory (z. B. E2E-Tests, Regression, Testautomatisierung)
• Integration von AWS-Services in hybride Systemlandschaften (z. B. Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudFormation)
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budget-, Zeit- und Qualitätszielen in allen verantworteten Bereichen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Units, IT-Architektur und Programmleitung
• Kommunikation auf Management- und C-Level-Ebene sowie Präsentation von technologischen Roadmaps

Unsere Anforderungen

• Überdurchschnittlich erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom)
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, IT-Organisation oder Programmleitung
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP ABAP, SAP BTP sowie SAP Fiori/UI5
• Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer Datenmigrationsprogramme
• Fundierte Expertise im Aufbau und Betrieb einer TestFactory
• Praxis in der Entwicklung mit AWS sowie in modernen Cloud- und DevOps-Umgebungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung großer Transformationsprogramme im SAP-Umfeld (z. B. S/4HANA-Migrationen)
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Coaching-Kompetenz sowie strategisches Denkvermögen
• Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholdermanagement auf allen Ebenen
• Innovationsfreude und Begeisterung für moderne Cloud- und SAP-Technologien
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
