The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, budgeting and control to support sound decision-making and business growth.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory obligations.
• Monitor expenditure, project costs and financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
• Oversee financial records, reconciliations and internal controls.
• Support audits and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification or membership with ACMA/CIMA or BICA.
• 6-10 years of relevant work experience, including at least the last 2 years in a Finance Manager position or an equivalent role.
