BD: Special Original Equipment
- Drive logistics performance management through KPI monitoring and steering activities, regular reviews with plants and key stakeholders
- Coordinate and support operational logistics activities between plants, logistics hubs, suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
- Identify potential and drive process harmonization, digitalization, and standardization initiatives across the logistics network
- Support demand planning and forecasting alignment, including escalation management for demand fluctuations and backlog situations
- Coordinate operational excellence, governance, and compliance initiatives while ensuring adherence to Health Safety requirements across the logistics network
- Develop complex analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and supply chain optimization
- Support transportation management activities, sourcing initiatives, tenders, escalations and other forwarder-related projects
- Support crisis management and cross-functional task forces for supply chain disruptions and customer escalations
