You will provide objective analysis, commercial insights, and structured follow-up, while responsibility for managing and directing representative agents remains with the Head of Sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor sales performance by representative agent, territory, customer, and product group. Track results against budget, forecast, prior year, and commercial targets.
Analyze sales, gross margin, pricing, customer development, pipeline, and market coverage. Prepare dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and business-review materials. Identify performance gaps, commercial risks, and growth opportunities.
Monitor CRM data quality and the completeness of commercial activity reporting. Follow up on agreed actions and escalate relevant deviations to the Head of Sales. Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, and Product Management.
