RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold the team's visual quality standards on every deliverable and propose improvements to the project team's ways of working.

• Give technical sign-off before handoffs and presentations.

• Lead the conceptualization and visual direction of identities, branding systems, and interfaces.

• Oversee and contribute to the production of interfaces, motion graphics, and 3D elements when needed.

• Own technical estimation and work prioritization, partnering with PMs to ensure deliverables land on time and in the right shape.

• Coordinate multiple projects in parallel.

• Provide technical mentorship to designers at different levels within projects: feedback on deliverables, reviews, and knowledge transfer during working sessions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Motion Designers, 3D Artists, and Developers to optimize design execution.

• Be, together with the PM, the owner of the client relationship. Client satisfaction isn't just a byproduct of good work - it's built through how that work is presented, explained, and supported.

• Be the project's technical point of reference for the client: the first point of contact for design decisions and the anchor of a direct, fluid relationship.

• Manage expectations and translate the client's business needs into visual direction for the team, and the team's decisions into arguments the client can understand and value.

• Present, argue, and defend visual concepts in front of clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

• Collaborate with the Design Director on the evolution of the department's strategy and contribute to the agency's broader goals.

• Be a multiplier of ++hellohello's culture and design philosophy: live it in your projects and spread it to the team.

• Participate in strategic internal initiatives for the evolution of the agency's culture.

• Stay on top of trends and tools in digital design, promoting the adoption of new technologies (AI, interactivity, etc.).

• Participate in agile ceremonies, defining workflows and ensuring design is integrated at every stage of development.

• Act as the bridge between the design team and other disciplines (development, product, project management), facilitating smooth communication and execution.

• Foster a positive work environment where constructive feedback and innovation are part of everyday work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of experience leading visual design teams or related roles.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual direction in branding and, especially, in digital products or interfaces.

• Strong command of design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI.

• Active use of AI as a collaborator in creative processes and day-to-day tasks.

• Working knowledge of 3D production and motion graphics.

• Experience establishing design systems and style guides.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative design processes.

• Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with international clients.

• Solid knowledge of brand strategy and storytelling.

• Desirable: vibe coding, web development knowledge, brand design, 3D, and motion.
