ABOUT THE ROLE
A Sr. Brand Designer at ++hellohello works under the direction of the Design Director and a Lead Designer, developing brand identities and creative systems for companies that want to lead their categories.
Their primary focus is brand: from logo systems and visual identity to the design language that defines how a company shows up in the world. They bring conceptual depth, strong narrative instincts, and the typographic craft to execute ideas at the highest level.
They work autonomously and proactively, collaborating with a team of talented Designers, Motion Designers, 3D Artists, Developers, and Project Managers. They're in direct contact with clients, meet deadlines, and present their work with authority.
We're one of the leading creative studios in Latin America, with Awwwards, FWA, and international recognition to prove it. The bar here is high by design. This is not a place for those looking to coast. It's a place for people who want to do the best work of their careers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop brand identities from the ground up: logo systems, visual language, typography, color, and everything that makes a brand coherent and recognizable.
Create narratives and creative concepts, and bring them to life visually, grounded in strategy.
Participate in strategic brand definition sessions, contributing your expertise and creative vision.
Apply knowledge of interface and user experience to extend brand systems into digital environments.
Present, argue, and defend your concepts in front of clients and colleagues, rationally and strategically.
Collaborate with Motion Designers, 3D Artists, and Developers to deliver your designs into the real world at the highest possible quality.
Work across multiple projects simultaneously with full autonomy and accountability.
Stay curious: actively explore and adopt new tools, techniques, and references, and share what you find with the team.
Use AI to improve and extend your creative workflow.
Incorporate feedback openly and collaborate with team members and clients.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience in brand identity design: logos, visual systems, and creative direction.
A portfolio with undeniable visual quality. We need to see branding work that demonstrates judgment, not just execution.
Exceptional typographic sensibility and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator.
Knowledge of animation and After Effects.
Strong English, written and spoken.
Deeply creative, proactive, and genuinely curious.
Committed to quality and always pushing for excellence.
Believes design is more than what appears on a screen.
Ready and willing to learn every day.
Leaves their ego at the door.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience designing websites and digital experiences.
Illustration, creative writing, After Effects animation, or 3D modeling.
