Our client in the Professional Services industry is looking for a Graphic Designer - Specialist to support brand, marketing, and business development initiatives through the creation of high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms. This role is responsible for delivering polished, engaging, and brand-compliant creative solutions that strengthen visual communications, support strategic business objectives, and maintain a consistent corporate identity within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual communication materials for print and digital platforms, including proposals, pitch documents, client presentations, brochures, flyers, event collateral, advertisements, infographics, and branded marketing materials.
• Apply and maintain corporate brand guidelines across all visual assets to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts and engaging design solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and provide creative recommendations.
• Develop visual assets for digital platforms, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, digital banners, and multimedia marketing initiatives.
• Review and proof all design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with brand standards before publication or distribution.
• Maintain high standards of visual excellence across all marketing and business development materials.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives through creative visual storytelling and impactful design solutions.
• Organize and manage digital design assets throughout their lifecycle to ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance design processes and creative effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in graphic design and related technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience working within a professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, visual identity systems, and corporate design standards.
• Experience creating high-quality digital and print marketing collateral.
• Knowledge of content management principles and digital asset management.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with design technologies and creative software.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, polished, and high-quality deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain creative concepts effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical expertise and leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving high standards of performance and delivering exceptional creative solutions.
